an accomplished sleight-of-hand artist with a career spanning
over thirty years as a performer on TV, in clubs and resorts,
on cruise ships and at many prestigious venues, including Radio
City Music Hall. Steve's hundreds of TV appearances include The
Tonight Show, That's Incredible, Regis Philbin, Merv Griffin,
and Candid Camera, among others. He starred in Magical
Mystery Tour, a popular weekly syndicated variety
series seen throughout New England, and he wrote and hosted a
series of TV specials, such as Magic Notebook, and National Enquirer's
Wacky Home Videos.
Listed
in the Encyclopedia of Magic and Magicians, Steve studied
with magic legends Tony Slydini, Dai Vernon, and Frank Garcia
and has won numerous awards from the International Brotherhood
of Magicians, The Society of American Magicians, and other organizations.
The Academy of Magical Arts/Magic Castle where he has been a featured
performer since 1973, nominated him for a Magic Academy Award
for his sleight-of-hand performances. He just celebrated his 34th
year there with a week of sold-out headline performances in the
Palace of Mystery of the famed Magic Castle, followed by yet another
standing-room only lecture-performance that was described as "most
likely the best we've ever had."

London, at The Magic Circle, the most presitgious magic society
in the world, Steve has lecturerd there an unprecedented three
times, by special invitation. He holds the highest honors that
a magician could receive: "Member of the Inner Magic Circle
with Gold Star", the elite group comprised of the world's
finest magicians.
Steve's
extensive and varied background in magic includes creating customized
magic presentations for corporate applications. Considered the
world's greatest trade show booth magician, Steve frequently appears
at major conventions and expositions, sometimes as an "infotainment"
presentation or break-out session presenter. He has taught a series
of lectures for magicians at The Magic Castle, and he often teaches
magic courses and workshops at seminars and sales meetings for
many Fortune 500 firms, and throughout England, France and Ireland.

Steve
has been a regular performer since 1974 in Las Vegas, at the Bellagio,
Hilton, Riviera, Desert Inn, MGM Grand, Wynn, the Venetian, Aladdin,
Mirage and Caesar's Palace, as well as Harrah's in Lake Tahoe
and Caesar's in Atlantic City. He has appeared with such stars
as Rodney Dangerfield, Tom Jones, Tony Orlando, Bob Hope and many
others. Steve currently stars in his own show, "Xtreme Close-up
Magic" in Las Vegas. Prior to that, he spent six years headlining
in the Secret Pagoda Showroom in Caesar's Magical Empire in Caesar's
Palace, logging over 3,200 performances.
For
the seventh year in a row, Steve has been named the Creative Director
and Web spokesman for the foremost magic web portal, MagicWebChannel.com.
In
addition to his performing talents, Steve is a prolific writer
and director for television and film, having directed a number
of TV shows, such as Emergency Call, Bounty Hunters and Magic
Notebook and created many memorable TV commercials for Diet Coke,
Ford, and Mountain Dew, among others. He produced the very successful
home video Magic Secrets, the first magic video for the
general public, which has sold over 100,000 units to date, and
Magic Party Show, which has topped 60,000 units. His interactive
dinner theatre productions, including "Nathan & Nina's
Jewish Italian Wedding", continue to generate rave reviews
from critics and audiences alike. Most recently, "All American
High School Reunion" and "Mario & Mary's Wedding"
have been breaking box office records in Buffalo, New York, Erie,
